摘 要: | 针对目前汽车雨刮器质量检测局限于车身、集成度低、兼容性差等缺点,提出一种基于LIN总线技术的雨刮电机自动控制系统。系统由基于VB应用程序的上位机交互端与基于飞思卡尔HCS12系列单片机的下位机控制端组成,通过模拟车身LIN网络通信,实现雨刮电机的参数可配置驱动。实验表明,系统运行稳定,扩展性强,可以作为集成控制模块应用于脱离车身的雨刮器质量检测平台。

Abstract: | The automatic control system of wiper motor based on LIN bus is raised to overcome the on-vehicle limitation, low integration and poor compatibility of wiper quality control at present. The system composed of VB based interactive terminal and HCS12 based control terminal is able to drive wiper motors by imitating the communication of LIN with proper configuration. Experiments show that the system is of great stability and extensibility to be performed as an integrated module on the quality inspecting platform for wipers. |
