| 摘 要： | 回顾国内外缝匠肌皮瓣的研究成果，总结了缝匠肌皮瓣的应用解剖学基础和其在修复膝关节周围和小腿上端软组织缺损的临床应用．营养缝匠肌的血管呈节段性分布并且肌内相邻血管的分支相互吻合成血管网，缝匠肌皮瓣血运丰富，抗感染能力强，对肢体皮肤软组织缺损的修复具有重要的临床意义．

| Abstract: | Based on reviewing the research results achieved at home and abroad,this article summarizes fundamentals of applied anatomy and the clinical applications in repairing soft tissue defect around knee joint and upper leg area.It is found that the nutrient blood of sartorius muscle flap adopts segment-wise distribution,and the adjacent branches fit into each other to form the anastomose blood vessel in muscle.The sartorius muscle flap is of clinical importance in repairing soft tissue defect with sufficient blo... |
