LOCAL MAJOR-OPTIMALITY AND LOCAL MAJOR- EFFICIENCY FOR MULTIOBJECTIVEPROGRAMMING

With the help of major ordering, this paper introduces concepts of the locallymajor-optimal solution and the locally major-efficient solution of multiobjective programming, and concepts of the locally major-optimal point and locally major-efficient point of a set in the real Euclidean space. We discuss the relations among thesesolutions and the efficient solution with respect to a convex cone, and study the structural properties of the set of locally major-efficient solutions. Besides, we revealthe local geometric characterization of the locally major-optimal point and locallymajor-efficient point of the set.
