摘    要:本文介绍的是一种基于线阵CCD的图像和位置传感系统。此系统以C8051F020型微控制器作为下位机,进行CCD的驱动和与计算机(上位机)的通讯等;计算机通过用Labview编写的人机交互软件控制整个系统的运行;上位机和下位机之间以RS232接口通讯。经测试,本系统进行干涉、衍射等一维光学实验收到良好效果;位置传感器的定位精度达140μm,定位频率达50Hz以上。

Abstract:This paper presents an image and location sensing system based on linear CCD.The system uses C8051F020 micro-controller as the lower computer to carry out CCD driving and communicating with upper computer,etc.The computer uses human-computer interaction software compiled by Labview to control the operation of the system;the upper computer and the lower computer are communicated via RS232 Interface.After testing,the system have obtained good results in onedimensional optical experiments such as interference;...
