提高热量表温差测量精度的方法

为了消除离散参数、分布参数的影响,使热量表温差测量的精度满足行业标准的要求,通过对热量表的温差测量结果进行数据分析,给出了温差的校正曲线,提出了一种提高热量表温差测量精度的方法,即"一表一参"的方法。该方法在不增加热量表生产成本的基础上,能有效地降低系统对热量表硬件不一致的要求,使温差测量的精度高、稳定性好。实验结果表明,采用"一表一参"方法,热量表温差的相对误差在 3%~-3%以内。

Method to Improve Measure Precision of Temperature Difference for Heat Meter

In order to overcome the influences of discrete parameter and distribution parameter,to satisfy precision request in industry standard about heat meter,through analysis the results temperature difference revised curve is given and a method for improving measure precision of temperature difference for heat meter is illustrated which is called one meter one parameter.This method can reduce requirement of heat meter with absolutely identical hardware.It can also make heat meter with high measurement precision and good stability without increasing cost. This revised method can make relative error under 3%~-3% proved by experiment.
