| Abstract: | In the course of theFischer—Fink synthesis not only the expected esters of alkylpyrrole-2-carboxylic acids are obtained, but isomers and homologues as well. Their formation can be avoided by suitable variations of the starting materials. The product ratios were analyzed by means of gas chromatography. |
