中英金融专业本科教育比较研究

摘    要:宁波诺丁汉大学是横向移植的英国教育模式,是英国诺丁汉大学在中国的延伸。通过对该校与宁波其它高校金融专业的比较,我们发现中英两国存在显著的差异:在专业培养目标上,英国注重外向型微观金融管理人才培养,而中国主要培养适应于国内的比较宏观的金融专业人才;在教学上,英方十分重视财会数理知识与金融交叉学科的实际运用,而中方局限于专业本身的知识体系传授;在教学形式上,英方以学生为中心,注重在应用知识过程中学习知识,形式灵活多样,而中方以传授知识为主;在学习评价上,英方采用形成性评价与总结性评价结合的综合评价方法,评价的核心是专业技能,而中国基本上以总结性评价为主,评价的核心是知识。

Abstract:The University of Nottingham Ningbo is a horizontal migration of British education model and an extension of the University of Nottingham. Based on the comparison of the University of Nottingham Ningbo and other Ningbo universities, we find that there is a great difference in undergraduate education of financial professional between the United Kingdom and China. In professional training goals, universities in UK mainly cultivate export-oriented talent in the field of micro-finance management, but universities in China mainly financial management. In teaching content, cultivate inward-oriented talent in the field of macro- Universities in UK attach great importance to crossdisciplinary practical application of mathematical, accounting and financial knowledge, but universities in China confine to teaching finance professional knowledge. In teaching form, the British education is student-centered, and they focus on learning knowledge in the process of application, and teaching form is very flexible and diversified. But China's education is knowledge-based. In learning evaluation, universities in UK use a comprehensive evaluation method based on formative assessment and summative evaluation and the core of the evaluation is professional skills, while China's universities basically use summative evaluation, and the core of the evaluation is knowledge.
