| Abstract: | Making use of the meterolgical information of Anyang Zhengzhou Luoyang,Shangqiu and Xinyang from 1951 through 1994,the thesis concludes systematically therules of cold wave occurrence in Henan,analyses the disaster due to cold wave. activing,in the end,the major preventive contermeasure against the disaster has been proposed. |
