发酵废渣黑根霉菌对铅离子吸附机理的研究

摘    要:发酵工业废渣黑根霉菌对Pb2+有很好的吸附作用,饱和吸附量可达88mg/g。本文通过电子显微镜观察,能谱测定以及红外光谱测定等分析手段,研究了这种生物吸附剂对Pb2+的吸附机理。碱处理前后黑根霉的结构及吸附量变化揭示了吸附作用点的位置。动力学研究表明,在pH4.2时,黑根霉对Pb2+的吸附是一快速吸附过程,H+、Fe3+和Zn2+对吸附有干扰,说明存在竞争吸附。

Abstract:Nonliving Rhizopus nigricans exhibits lead uptake capacity from aqueous solutions up to 88mg/g. The mechanism of lead sequestering by this type of biomasswas studied by using experimental techniques such as electron microscopy, X--rayenergy dispersion analysis and iR spectroscopy. Comparison of the uptake betweenNaOH--treated and untreated biomass shows that the adsorption takes place in thecell wall chitin structure. The kinetic study of lead biosorption revealed a very rapidrate of uptake at PH 4. 2. Interference of Fi3 and Zn2 colons with lead biosorption is indicated.
