| 摘 要： | 用ＮＫＡ—２树脂对ＬＢＳ生产中含硝基衍生物废水进行动态吸附试验，研究影响吸附的一些因素。结果显示，采用三柱串联吸附可以达到９８％的脱色率和９７％的硝基物去除率。从解吸液中可分离回收ＬＢＳ和ＲＢＳ（右旋氨基二醇）及其中间体，经处理后的废水可部分循环用于生产车间的洗涤工序。

| Abstract: | The dynamic adsorption process of nitro- compounds in waste water from LBS producing factory by NKA -2 adsorption resin was researched. Some influence factors on the adsorption process were investigated also. Results showed that the decolorizing efficiency of the waste water and the adsorption efficiency of nitro- compounds in it were 98 and 97% respectively by series three columns. The RBS and its medium compounds can be recovered from the eluting solution. The waste water treated can be used to wash process in the factory. |
