| 摘 要： | 本文首先从理论上分析,X光学成像性质,指出利用掠人式的方法对短波X射线进行成像的可行性,并在实验上用轮胎镜以及其组合镜具体地对激光产生的X光源进行几何成像试验,得到了与理论分析相一致的结果,实验结果肯定了上述方法在X光学成像上的适用性.

| Abstract: | We give a detailed theoretioal analysis of X-ray optics and point out that it is possible to image X-ray source in grazing incidence manner. By using a toroidal mirror and a concave mirror, a picture of X-ray source from laser produced plasma was taken and same results were consistent with theoretical analysis. The experimental result shows that this method is applicable to X-ray optics. |
