| Abstract: | A chromatographic method using a thin-layer amperometric detector with a glassy carbon electrode as a working electrode in a mobile phase without organic solvent for the determination of isoniazid has been described. The detection limit for isoniazid was found to be 2 ng . It has been used for the detection of isoniazid in drugs. |
