| 摘 要： | 国内研究型学院中教师＂重科研、轻教学＂的情况较为突出,而这一问题已严重影响到教风学风建设以及教学质量的提升。该文从研究型学院中存在的教学问题着手,挖掘出研究型学院中有利于教学工作开展的天然资源,最后提出提升研究型学院中教师教学积极性的措施和建议,以提高研究型学院教师的教学质量。

| Abstract: | The problems of teachers＇ emphasizing on scientific research and despising teaching is prominent in domestic research colleges,which affect seriously teaching and learning style construction and the promotion of teaching quality. In this paper, based on the teaching problems in research colleges, naturally beneficial teaching resources are mined, proposals are offered to promote teachingmotivation , so as to improve teaching qualityin research colleges. |
