摘    要:本文对吸热式可控气氛与碳钢间的多元反应同时平衡体系用两种热力学方法进行了处理,得到了有关方程式.并用IBM计算机计算了体系中各组元在不同温度下的平衡组成和气氛的碳势,所揭示的规律为:在一定温度下,气氛的碳势随CO_2的浓度增加而减少; 在一定CO_2浓度时,碳势随炉温增高而降低.其结果与文献值相符,所得结论在可控气氛热处理实际生产中具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:The e(?)rium system of complex reaction of the endotherrnal contr (?)at maspiere with steel was treated by use of two thermndy?namle methods and two equations eoneerned were decived. The IBM PC/XT computer was used in the calculation of the equilibrium compositions of components in the system and for the carbon potential of the atmosphere at different temperatures. It was found that the carbon potential of the atmosphere decreases with the increase in the concen-' tration of CO2 at a constant temperature, and the higher the furnace temperature, the lower the carbon potential of the atmosphere with constant concentration of carbon dioxide. All the results were identical with those reported in literatures. Probably the equations obtained could be used in the computerized control of practical production in veiw of their simplicity.
