交通运输支撑服务区域重大战略的思考

 交通运输是贯彻落实区域重大战略先行领域，也是服务区域重大战略实施、促进各类要素合理流动并向优势区域集中、实现经济总体效率提升的关键支撑。总结了重点区域交通基础设施、运输服务、低碳绿色、对外开放、交通治理等方面发展给区域经济社会带来的变化，剖析了存在的主要问题。在总结提炼当前中国区域重大战略显著特征基础上，结合习近平总书记对重点区域交通运输发展的重要论述，提出了未来交通运输服务支撑区域重大战略的主要思路。

The major regional strategies supported by transportion

The transportation is a leading field for implementing the major regional strategies, and provides the key support for that purpose. The transportation can promote the rational flow of various factors and focus on the advantageous regions, and improve the overall efficiency of the economy. This paper reviews the change of the regional economy and the society supported by the development of the transportation infrastructure, the transportation services, the low-carbon green community, the opening to the outside world, and the governance in the background of major regional strategies. And the main problems are analyzed. On the basis of combining the features of the major regional strategies in China, to implement the requirement of the general secretary Xi Jinping for the transportation development in major regional strategies, the main ideas of the transportation supporting the major regional strategies are put forward.
