| Abstract: | Pt/CdS catalysts were treated at high temperature in nitrogen gas containing 1 30 g/m 3 O 2. The surface composition and structure of catalysts were studied by XPS, XRD and TEM. Results show that a regular change in the Pt valence and CdS surface composition takes place with treating time. It is verified that low concentration oxygen has an action of modifying Pt/CdS surface. |
