穿单孔型宽频带换能器

摘    要:提出一穿单孔型换能器,即在夹心式压电换能器前盖板上穿一圆台形单孔。先利用一维设计理论推导出在某一参考面换能器的等效质量、等效电阻的表达式,得到换能器的机械品质因数和带宽的表达式。后又利用有限元方法计算了换能器的电压发射响应。与未穿孔换能器相比较,在一定尺寸范围内,频带宽度将得到拓宽。实验结果与理论计算符合比较好。

Abstract:To get a wide-band transducer, the piezoelectric sandwiched transducer with a frustum hole in its fore-metal is presented. First, the equivalent circuit and the resonant frequency equations of this peculiar transducer are derived, and the expression of the equivalent mass and equivalent impedance relative to a inside surface of the transducer are derived by means of one-dimensional design theory. Moreover, the expression of the mechanical quality factor and the band wide are obtained. Meanwhile, the transmitting voltage response of the transducers are calculated by using finite element method. The theoretical calculations and analysis results show that the band of the transducer with hole is wider than the one without hole while their frequency are same for the hole to a certainty size range. The results of measurements have a good agreement with the theory's.
