Beitrag zur Trennung und Identifizierung von Lackkomponenten bei mit Cellulosenitrat (CN) lackierten Zellglasfolien

Zusammenfassung Eine Methode zur Trennung und Identifizierung von CN-Lackkomponenten wird beschrieben. Der Lack wird mit Tetrahydrofuran von der Folie abgelöst. Mitextrahierte Feuchthaltemittel aus der Grundfolie (Glykole und Harnstoff) werden nach dem Einengen durch Rückwaschung mit dest. Wasser entfernt. Danach wird das Cellulosenitrat nach einem neuentwickelten Trennverfahren isoliert und die verbliebenen Lackbestandteile dünnschicht-chromatographisch aufgetrennt.

Contribution to the separation and determination of lacquer components of cellophane coated with cellulose nitrate (CN)

The lacquer is released from the film by means of tetrahydrofuran. Co-extracted humectants from the base film (glycols and urea) are removed after concentrating by back-washing with distilled water. Then the cellulose nitrate is isolated by a new separation procedure and the remaining lacquer components are separated by thin-layer chromatography.
