NDA-150树脂对邻氨基苯酚的吸附研究

摘    要:目的研究NDA-150树脂对邻氨基苯酚废水的吸附效果。方法利用紫外分光光度法测定邻氨基苯酚在不同条件吸附后的浓度。结果温度对邻氨基苯酚在NDA-150树脂中的吸附行为影响较大,低温更适合NDA-150树脂的吸附。在吸附初期,流量越小,吸附效果越好;在吸附后期,随着低流量的树脂吸附接近饱和,出水效果明显降低。pH对NDA-150的吸附影响较大,酸度越高,吸附效果越好。在温度为50℃,流量为2BV.h-1时,选用1BV 8%NaOH+1BV 4%NaOH+3BVH2O组合作为脱附剂,脱附率可接近100%。结论 NDA-150树脂对邻氨基苯酚废水的吸附效果很好。

Abstract:Objective-To research into the adsorption effect of ortho-aminophenol waste water on NDA-150 resin. Methods-Ultraviolet spectrophotometry is used to determine the concentration of or-tho-aminophenol after adsorption in different conditions. Results-Temperature has a remarkable effect on the adsorption behavior of resin NDA-150, lower temperature is more suitable for adsorp-tion. At the beginning of adsorption, the smaller the flow rate is, the better the adsorption effect is; at the end of adsorption, as the adsorption of the resin with low flow is close to saturation, the treat-ment effect decreases obviously, pH has a great influence on the adsorption of NDA-150, the higher the acidity is, the better the adsorption effect is. At the temperature of 50 ℃ and with flow rate of 2 BV · h^-1, the combination of 1 BV 8% NaOH + 1 BV 4% NaOH + 3 BV H20 is chosen as a de-sorption agent, the desorption rate can approach 100%. Conclusion-The adsorption effect of ortho-aminophenol waste water on NDA-150 resin is very good.
