| 摘 要： | 针对邮局业务的自动化、信息化改革，利用图像处理和图像分析方法， 结合模式识别理论，从复杂的信封背景中提取有用字迹信息，设计了自动化的给据函件自动登单处理系统。详细介绍了该系统的软硬件结构和整个图像处理过程。对各种信封的处理实验结果表明，所提出的该图像处理方法能够很好的满足实际邮政业务的需要，提高了邮件处理的效率和水平，减轻了工作强度。

| Abstract: | Using image process and analysis, and model distinguish theory, We designed Registered Letter Processing System (RLPS), which can increase the degree of auto matization for registered letter processing. One of main work of this system is to extract names and addresses from the letter image and then save it into the database. The experiments prove that this system can extract the useful Chinese character and can satisfy the requirements of Post. |
