燃煤烟气酸化反浮选矿浆酸化动力学的初步研究

摘    要:通过对烟道气中典型的烟气比例量的CO2吸收的动力学研究,建立简化的吸收数学宏观模型,得出理论上的烟气的通气量、吸收所需时间(矿浆从pH=12.5到pH=8)、吸收效率、液相酸度的变化以及气体逸出情况的数据,为酸化工艺设计以及设备选型等后续设计开发提供理论依据。

Abstract:In this paper,the authors built simplified model of mathematical macroscopic,through kinetics research on absorption of CO2 of proportional quantities in flue.Finally the authors got theoretical ventilation of smoke,time of absorption(pulp pH=12.5 to pH=8),efficiency of absorption,variation of liquid acidity and data of gas liberation which supported theoretical foundation to follow-up design of acidizing and selection of equipment.
