加工中心的虚拟建模仿真研究

摘    要:通过Pro/E的强大的三维产品设计功能,对加工中心进行虚拟建模;其中毛坯模型的建立采用优化离散矢量模型法。利用VC++环境下OpenGL的渲染动画效果,实现对数控加工中心加工过程的控制,从而实现加工中心的虚拟仿真(即虚拟制造);同时验证了在虚拟加工环境下,加工中心对数控程序的验证时间大大缩短。

Abstract:By the powerful designing function of 3D product,Pro/E builds a virtual model of machining center;The method used to build the rough model is "Vector Discrete Optimization Model".Taking the advantage of animation effect embellished by OpenGL,under the VC++ environment,it makes realized the control of the machining center,achieves the virtual simulation(Virtual Manufacturing)of thereby the machining center.Meanwhile it certificates that under the environment of virtual manufacturing,the period during which the machining center checks the NC programs is greatly shortened.
