安全性汽车线控制动系统及其控制方法研究

摘    要:文中设计了一种基于FlexRay总线的安全性汽车线控制动系统及其控制方法。该系统位于汽车制动踏板和4个车轮的液压制动缸之间,踏板传感器的输出同时进入踏板传感器信号检测单元的3个复制确定性故障抑制单元,得到正确的踏板位置信号以报文形式发送到双通道FlexRay总线上,车轮容错单元读取FlexRay总线上的报文,计算分析分配制动力。该系统能够容忍任一通信系统、容错单元中的任一FCU和TMR执行器中的任一马达的随机失效,提高了电子化制动系统的容错能力和汽车的安全运行能力。

Abstract:This paper deigns a safe brake-by-wire system and its control method based on FlexRay bus. The system is located between the brake pedal and the hydraulic automobile brake cylinder of the four wheels. Pedal sensor's output enters the pedal sensor signal detection units three copy deterministic fault-containment unit. The correct pedal position signal will be send to the dualchannel FlexRay bus as a message. Wheels tolerant unit reads the message from the FlexRay bus,then calculates and allocate the braking force. The system can tolerate any one of the communication system、any FCU of the fault-tolerant unit and any motor of the TMR fail to work correctly,the system improves the ability of fault tolerance and promotes the development of brake-by-wire system.
