水务信息管理系统开发与应用

根据水务信息的基本特性，研究水务信息管理系统的数据组织结构形式和系统功能，结合上海市水资源普查，在地理信息系统平台上，研制了上海市中心城区水务信息管理系统，该系统具有空间数据管理的特性，可实现对象的空间分布和属性的耦合查询。条件查询、专题查询等功能，系统以图、表、文相结合的方式，全面地表达了水资源普查数据信息，经多个城区的试用表明，系统能较好地满足水务管理工作的需要。

Development and Application of Water Related Information Management System

On the basis of the characteristics of water related information, the data structure and functions of water related information management system (WRIMS) are studied. In combination with the water resources survey of Shanghai, a WRIMS is developed for the central districts of Shanghai on the platform of GIS. With the function of spatial data management, the system can realize coupling inquiry, conditional inquiry and special subject inquiry about spatial data and their attributes of objectives. By means of graphics,tables and texts, the system can express the information of water resources survey completely. Application in some districts shows that the system is suitable for the management of water related affairs.
