| 摘 要： | 哈林顿分离棒(哈氏棒)应用于脊柱侧凸和胸腰椎骨折临床治疗,矫形治疗效果显著.然而,其并发症发病率约为4. 5%,断棒时有发生.文章分析了断棒原因,提出了附加保护套简作为防断的切实可行方法.

| Abstract: | Harrington distraction rod has been used in clinical practice
for scoliosis and fractures of the thoracolumbar spine.The result of correct-
ing spinal deformities is satisfactory.However,the incidence of the complica-
tion following Harrington instrumentation is 4. 5%.One of the complication
is the breakage of Harrington rod.The reasons of the breakage of Harrington
rod are analysed.Theauthors recommend to attach a casing pipe as a reliable
method for prophylaxis of the breakage of Harrington rod. |
