四值单稳态触发器设计

摘    要:在二值单稳态触发器设计的基础上,提出了四值单稳态触发器的设计方案.经过PSPICE模拟,所设计的电路具有正确的逻辑功能,并能由此方法推广到基值更高的单稳态触发器的设计.与二值单稳态触发器相比,四值单稳态触发器具有更强的功能.

Abstract:Based on the binary mono-stable flip-flops, this paper proposes the design of quaternary mono-stable flipflops. The computer simulation with PSPICE has verified the logic function of the circuit. The proposed structure can be readily extended to the design of multiple valued flip-flops with a higher radix. Compared with binary monostable flip-flops, the quaternary mono-stable flip-flops can function with better robustness.
