| Abstract: | The procedures for the determination of copper, zinc, cadmium and manganese in human blood serum and liver tissue with use of flame and electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry are presented and discussed. The procedures were applied for the estimation of “normal” levels of these elements in human serum and liver tissue. |
