DNA与纳米结构的相互作用及基于力电作用的测序技术

摘    要:本文概述基于力电作用的两类DNA测序技术. 这两类测序技术分别依赖DNA与纳米孔或DNA与碳纳米管间的相互作用来实现. 文中依次介绍以上两种纳米结构的测序方法, 包括: 相应纳米结构的制备、与DNA相互作用的表征、测序原理、及各自的研究现状.

Abstract:This review outlines two categories of recent developments in DNA sequencing methods that are based upon electro-mechanical effects.These two methods utilize the interactions between DNA and a nanopore,and between DNA and a carbon nanotube respectively.In this review,we describe the sequencing methods associated with these two nano-structures,including the structure fabrication,the interaction with DNA,the sequencing principle,and the research status.
