| Abstract: | Galvanomagnetic phenomena in semiconductor with a superlattice in static electrical and magnetic fields in the case of strongly inelastic scattering of electrons by Optical phonons are considered.The existance of additional threshold perculiarities arising in magnetic field—current characterstics due to the finite width of conduction band is predicted. |
