| 摘 要： | 用普通设备及线性元件设计并自制了一台操作简便，测量精度好于0．1％的高阻值电阻测量装置，对20只有代表性高阻的测量结果表明，多数有1％左右的阻值波动，少数电阻电压系数竟有15％左右。

| Abstract: | A simple high resistance measurement equipment whose accuracy is better than 0 1% is composed of the normal and linear elements. The results of measuring 20 typical high resistances show that most of the high resistance values undulate about 1%, but a few high resistance voltage coefficients are up to 15%. |
