基于财富效用的产权协商定价理论研究

基于效用理论和交换理论，根据人们对财富价值的偏好，构造了度量交易人对产权交易中所获利润满足程度的财富效用函数.在产权交易中，买卖双方的获利水平作为财富效用函数的自变量，服从不满足定律和满足程度递减定律.基于个人的财富效用函数，构建产权交易定价的协商模型，并导出协商交易均衡价格的求解方程.在均衡价格状态上，研究了财富效用函数结构参数和协商模型参数的变化对均衡价格的影响.这些研究为产权协商交易定价的机制设计提供了科学基础.
