摘    要:WINBIS是一个运行于中文WindowsPC环境中的双极型器件特性模拟软件,其源代码由面向对象程序设计语言borlandC++4.5编制而成。WINBIS提供标准的Windows用户界面和在线帮助功能,易学易用;该系统还提供了对计算结果、图象进行实时跟踪显示和交互处理的功能,能交互修改输入条件,使模拟结果更令人满意。WINBIS采用面向对象的设计方法,易于扩充、维护。WINBIS能模拟双极型晶体管体内的载流子分布、电场分布、电流增益、特征频率等各种器件内外部电学特性。

Abstract:WINBIS is a software for simulation of bipolar device behavior running on Chinese Windows, whose source codes are written in object-orientedprogramming language Borland C+ +4. 5. It provides standard Windows user interface and on-line help function,so it is easy to learn and to use. It also provides thefunctions of real-time tracing displaying and interactively processing the calculatedresult and image,and user can interactively correct the input conditions to make thesimulated result more satisfactory. The WINBIS is designed through object-orientedapproaches and is very easy to expand and to maintain. It can simulate most of theelectric features of bipolar device such as carriers concentration, electric field, current gain and unity frequency.
