摘    要:介绍了当前国内外医用抗生素对高等植物生理生化和生长发育的调控及遗传转化等方面的研究现状.业已发现,医用抗生素能诱导禾本科植物种子萌发时胚乳中α 淀粉酶的合成并促进幼苗的生长;促进叶片中叶绿素的合成和抑制其降解;促进茎叶的生长和根的形成及生长;促进或抑制植物组织培养过程中愈伤组织的形成及器官的再分化;防治植物病害等.医用抗生素在高等植物的遗传和转化等方面也有重要作用.

Abstract:Physiological and biochemical effects of medical antibiotics, growth and development of regulation and genetic transformation on plants are introduced at home and abroad in this article.we have found that antibiotics can induce the synthesis of α-amylase ingermination in endosperm of Gramineae Poaceae and accelerate the growth of seedling,improve formation of chlorophyll and inhibits decompose in leaf,prompt growth of stem and leaf, formation and growth of root, improve or inhibit the formation of calli in plant tissue culture and redifferentiation of organ and prevent and cure disease in plant. At the same time, it plays an important role in growth of plants in genetic transformation.
