Changes in the composition and properties of graphene oxide films under monochromatic vacuum UV radiation

Abstract:The photolysis of a graphene oxide film by monochromatic vacuum UV radiation with a wavelength of 123.6 nm has been studied. It has been shown that photoreduction as a result of the detachment of the C?O polar groups is also accompanied by an increase in the conductivity, wettability, and surface energy of the graphene oxide film.
