| 摘 要： | 高校在计划经济体制下按计划统招统分培养出的人才普遍存在依附性人格，随着市场经济体制的建立和高等教育大众化趋势出现，依附性人格已很难适应社会的要求.高校应注重培养具有独立创业精神的现代人格的人才，即培养独立生存的自信心，不断创新的进取心，对国家、事业的强烈责任心.高校应为这种现代人格的养成创造条件.

Modelling Personality of Undergraduates with Independent Characteristics of Creater |

| Abstract: | Brought up under the planned admissions and distributions system,the students have the dependent personality after graduation. Along with the building of the market economic system and the trend of higher education being popular the students with the dependent personality have been too difficult to adapt the society, therefore the institute should pay attation to bring up the students to have the modern personality with the independent characteristics of creater. The institute should create situations for bring up this sort of students with the follwing speciality such as the self-confidence of individual survival, the guamption of increasant innovation and the responsibility to nation and career. |
