介绍了基于Web网络管理的总体实现和重要框图，及人工智能技术在网络管理的应用，基于规则的推理、基于事件的推理，大大简化了网络管理，提高了网络管理系统的性能．作者给出了所研究的网络管理系统的总体设计，并对网络管理做了总结和展望。

The research and implementation of network management system with intelligent capacity

Introuduce an over all design on a Web-based network management as a whole and the relavent block diagrams; Furthermore we innovatively apply the artificial intelligence technology (Rule-based Reasoning, Case-based Reasoning) to the network management which greatly improves the efficiency of the perfomance and simplifies the operation; Next, we give the design of whole project and some important data-structure and block diagrams, especially discribe the topology module in detail. At last, we give a summarization and its prospect.
