Abstract: | If neutrinos have mass it is likely that, as a result of the effect of matter, neutrino flavor eigenstates are converted to mass eigenstates as they emerge from a supernova. In the case of large neutrino mixing angles there can be a significant increase in the mean energy and detected flux of neutrinos from a supernova. |
