镁合金成品件的激光多层涂敷

摘    要:本文采用激光多层涂敷的方法对镁合金成品件进行了本体涂敷。使用Nd—YAG固体激光器,采用镁合金填料进行了涂敷,徐敷区的显微硬度超过127Hv,涂敷厚度为0.8—1mm。用X—ray衍射仪对基材和多层涂敷区域进行了物相分析,用金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察了基材组织与多层涂敷区组织。结果表明,使用激光多层涂敷的办法修复镁合金的成品件是可行的。

Abstract:The feasibility of the laser muiti - layer cladding of magnesium base alloys with their own sheets has been shown in this work. By laser multi - layer cladding with these sheets, using a Nd - YAG laser, the micro - hardness of the multi - layer cladding area can be increased to values over 127 Hv. Cladding depth from 0. 8-1. Omm was achieved. The base and the multi - layer cladding were examined using x - ray diffraction. Investigations on the base were performed using optical microscope , while the cladding was performed using Scanning Electronic Microscope (SEM). The results of this investigation showed that the repair in the finished-product of magnesium based alloys in air - engine are feasibility.
