环境扫描电镜用于阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥早期水化的研究

摘    要:采用场发射环境扫描电子显微镜对阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥的早期水化过程进行了连续观察,研究结果表明:阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥的水化过程可分为诱导期前期、诱导期、加速期、减速期和稳定期5个阶段。水化初期,在水泥颗粒表面即可观察到大量的短柱状钙矾石,并形成保护膜,产生诱导期;在水化早期C—S—H凝胶数量较少,在加速期才大量形成,最终成为花朵状结构。该水泥在水化24h后,其硬化浆体致密度较高,水化趋于稳定。

Abstract:Through continuous observation on the early stage hydration of alite-calcium barium sulphoaluminate cement with environmental scanning electron microscopy(ESEM),it is shown that the early stage hydration of the cement can be divided into five stages,that is,the pro-induction,induction,acceleratory,deceleration and stabilization periods.In the pre-induction period,a large amount of AFt can be observed on the surface of the cement grains,and a protective membrane formed.In the early stage the amount of C-S-H gel is little,and polymorphic C-S-H started to precipitate in the acceleration period and formed a flower structure.After the cement being hydrated for 24?h,its microstructure become compact and the hydration become steady.
