| 摘 要： | 本文提出并设计了一种新的鲁棒控制方案，并进行了计算机仿真。结果表明，该系统对于不确定性干扰和噪声，具有强鲁棒性，快速性，精度高等特点，是一种应用在实际动态系统中的理想初始对准方案。

| Abstract: | A new robust control scheme is provided in this paper,and its simulations have been done.The simulation results show that the system has such characters as high robustness,high accurate and quickness for uncertain disturbances.Thus,it is an excellent initial alignment scheme. |
