| 摘 要： | 研究了医药和活性染料中间体2,4,6 三氯嘧啶的合成工艺.反应以巴比妥酸为原料,三氯氧磷为氯化剂,N,N 二乙基苯胺为催化剂.反应原料易得,操作简便,产品纯度大于99%,产率为85%.合成产品用红外光谱和核磁共振谱进行了鉴定.

| Abstract: | Synthesis and identification of 2,4,6-trichloropyrimidine are reported in this paper.The method prepares the title compound by barbituric acid with phosphorousoxychloride. The studied technique has the features of cheap material, simple operation, high yields and high purity. The product has been identified by IR spectrum and NMR spectrum. |
