| 摘 要： | 介绍了FT-IR辐射光谱的理论基础和利用5-DX FT-IR光谱仪进行辐射光谱测量的方法.讨论了样品的自吸收效应,加热温度、选择性反射带和粒度以及衬底等物理条件对红外辐射光谱的影响.最后介绍了FT-IR辐射光谱在玻璃和熔体结构研究中的应用.

| Abstract: | The principles and measuring methods of FT IR radiation spectrum are presented. The effect of sample self absorption, selective reflection,temperature, sample grain and liner on FT IR radiation spectrum are discussed. Lastly the application of FT IR radiation spectrum on the structure study of glass and its melt is presented. |
