摘    要:研究了活性炭纤维填充床脱除水中酚类化合物及其填充床的再生方法。结果表明当平衡浓度变化范围为0到0.8kg/m^3时,吸附等温线符合Langmuir型;用乙醇或热的NaOH稀溶液可再生被酚饱和的活性炭纤维填充床,再生效率达90%以上,建立了考虑轴向弥散、纤维内扩散和外膜传质阻力的填充床数学模型,模型由正交配置方法离散,Gear方法求解以预测穿透曲线。模型预测值与实验数据吻合较好,结果确认轴向弥散是影响活性炭纤维填充床穿透曲线的主要因素。

Abstract:The application of activated carbon fibers (ACFs) for removal of phenol from water is studied. The adsorption capacity of ACF is favorable and the adsorption isotherm data can be represented by Langmuir isothermal for the range of phenol concentrations from 0 to 0.8 kg/m3. The regeneration of ACF adsorbent saturated with phenol in fixed bed can be achieved by using ethanol or sodium hydroxide solution respectively for many times with 90% efficiency of regeneration. A mathematical model for predicting the dynamics of ACF fixed-bed adsorber is applied to evaluate the effects of intraparticle and external mass transfer resistance as well as the axial dispersion on the breakthrough curves, the axial dispersion is confirmed to be the main parameter that controls the adsorption dynamics.
