摘    要:研究了聚氯乙烯多乙烯多胺树脂催化合成正丁基苯基醚,考察了反应物摩尔比,反应温度,反应时间,催化剂用量等因素对产品收率的影响及催化剂的回收,套用性能,在本实验优化条件下,产品收率达92%,催化剂回收和重复使用5次,重量未损失。活性未降低。

Abstract:Catalytic synthesis of n-butyl phenyl ether by polyvinyl chloride-polyethylene polyamine resin was studied. The yield of products affected by reacted molar ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time, amounts of catalyst and so on. The performance of reused catalyst was researched. At the optimum reaction conditions the yield reached to 92% and the catalyst can be recovered and reused for more than five times without any loss of weight and activity.
