| Abstract: | This paper presents an outline of essentials of analytical chemistry in life science field, the situation and prospection of the proteome analysis. The main techniques for proteome analysis, namely preparation of biosamples and two-dimentional gel electrophoresis for protein separation and biological mass spectrometry for protein identification which widely used as the supporting plateforms at present are described. |
