轧钢车间自然通风的实验研究

本文通过现场实物试验,在分析热轧钢车间工艺特点、产尘机理和空气流动模型的基础上,论证了主轧区空气环境差的原因和技术改进措施。为了进一步揭示各因素对自然通风效果的影响,又在实验室风洞中进行了大量模拟试验。试验发现了一些前所未见的新规律,例如,室外有风时天窗局部阻力系数的变化、通风器前后屋面风压分布等,可供旧厂房改造和新厂房设计自然通风时应用,也有理论意义。

Experimental Investigation on Natural Ventilation of Steel Mill

In this paper the authors expound the couse of unsatisfactory environment inmain milling space of a workshop equipped with a hot-rolling mill and offer someimproving technical measures based on analyzing characteristics of milling tech-nology and mechanism of dusting and testing both on field and in laboratory wherean air-flow model was made and examined. In order to further reveal the in-fluence of some factors on natural ventilation effectiveness a mass of modelexperiments was made on wind-tunnel in the laboratory. Through these experi-ments some unforeseen regularities, such as the effect of outdoor wind on localdrag coefficient of louvre, the variation of wind pressure distribution on roof infront and back of the ventilator and so on were found. It is useful for designof natural ventilation system in building or retrofitting such workshops.
