摘    要:介绍了CIMS环境下的一种柔性夹具管理系统(FMOFMS),根据夹具识别的需要,提出了面向加工对象的“主码+辅码”的零件分类编码准则以及夹具分类编码准则,建立了零件、夹具和夹具标准元部件数据库和参数化图形库,并在数据库基础上,实现了零件、夹具、夹具标准元件的信息集成管理和夹具信息检索与装配方案的确定。

Abstract:The flexible midular fixture management system under CIMS environment is introduced (FMOFMS).Based on requisition for recognizing fixture, rules of parts classification coding of main-coding with sub-coding and flexible modular fixture classification are proposed, which is more suitable for machining object-oriented under computer integrated manufacturing system environment. At the same time, parts database, fixture database and fixture elements database are set up. Furtheremore, integrated management information system about the part, fixture and fixture elements is realized on their database, as well as the fixture information searching and the assembling configuration are determined.
