大连金州新区产业集群构建对策

产业集群是发展区域经济的有效途径,具有空间集聚、合作共生及地方根植等特性。认为大连金州新区在产业集群发展过程中,存在着制造业缺乏核心技术支撑,企业间缺乏关联、协同效应和资源浪费与环境污染等问题。提出金州新区培育和发展产业集群应当实施“创新驱动”战略,培育新兴产业,延伸完善产业链,努力构建“生态型”产业集群,以及构建集群创新和生态发展的激励政策等建议。

Strategies for the Industrial Cluster Development in Dalian Jinzhou New District

Industrial cluster which features agglomeration, symbiosis and embeddedness, etc. is an effective way to develop regional economy. This paper states that the manufacturing industry cluster of Jinzhou New District lacks core technology and correlation and collaboration between companies in the industry clusters, and the issues of waste of resources and environmental pollution loom large. The paper also puts forward the suggestion that Jinzhou New District should adopt innovation-driven strategy, cultivate the new industries, extend and improve the industry chain, establish ecology-oriented industry cluster, and make policies to encourage its development, etc.
