| 摘 要： | 本文依据企业竞争力理论,从环境、资源和能力角度出发,通过对医院竞争力内涵的分析,阐述了经营环境是医院竞争力形成的外部影响因素,医院资源和医院能力分别是医院竞争力形成的支撑和内部根源。在此基础上,遵从设计原则从环境、资源、能力和市场表现四个方面初步构建了医院竞争力的评价体系,为医院在市场竞争中确立竞争优势提供参考,并对评价体系存在的问题提出改进方向。

| Abstract: | This paper explored the mechanism competitiveness of hospital. It presented the performance of environment, resource, competence in the mechanism. An evaluation index system of competitiveness of hospital was established based on the study. Further suggestions were given to amend the system. |
