摘    要:有机电致发光器件自从C.W.Tang等发表了高效、高亮度双层结构器件以来,因其工艺简单、成本低、直流低压驱动,并且可制成大面积的平板显示而成为当前显示器件研究的热点1-4]。Forrest等人提出的有机多层量子阱结构的概念应用到了有机电致发光器件(OLEDs)中,进而提高了有机电致发光器件的性能,引起了学者们的研究热情。文章将这种结构器件的研究情况给予综述,从结构的应用、工作原理、优缺点和应用前景方面予以展望。

Abstract:Since C.W.Tang published high efficiency,high luminance intensity double-layer structure,Organic Light-Emitting Devices became the research hotspot because of simple technology,low cost,low driving voltage,and can be made into large area of flat panel display devices.Forrest et al proposed of organic multi-layer quantum well structure and it is used in OLEDs,and performances of organic electroluminescent devices have been improved.This device structure causes the research enthusiasm of scholars.This article...
